Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Period We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at easynoacommerce@gmail.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please note that returns must be sent to our international fulfillment warehouse. Since we ship globally, return shipping costs to our designated international facility may be higher than local shipping rates.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: For orders shipped to the United States and non-EU countries, all accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and processing.

  • EU Customers: In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, the restocking fee does not apply to customers exercising their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal within the EU.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To process a claim, you must provide clear photos or a video of the damaged item and its original packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs and exempt from restocking fees) at no extra cost to you.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, earrings, or intimate apparel) for hygiene reasons.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. While the restocking fee is waived for EU citizens, return shipping costs to our international warehouse remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times We offer international shipping to provide our curated products worldwide. Because we work directly with global suppliers to offer you the best prices, shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States / United Kingdom / Europe: 7-15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or extreme weather may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking services like 17Track. It may take 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes EasyNoa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.

Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at easynoacommerce@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages EasyNoa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT) EasyNoa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, please be aware that local VAT and handling fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on the value of the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages While EasyNoa is not liable for products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your package is lost during transit (before delivery confirmation), please contact us at easynoacommerce@gmail.com. For damaged goods, please save all packaging materials and notify us within 72 hours of receipt so we can assist you with a claim.
