SECTION 1 - RETURN AND REFUND TERMS Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS As specified in our Refund Policy, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item to our international fulfillment warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
SECTION 3 - RESTOCKING FEE All returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee (excluding EU orders where prohibited by law). This fee covers inspecting, repackaging, and processing. By completing a purchase at EasyNoa, you acknowledge this deduction for any returned items in original condition.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at easynoacommerce@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence. In these cases, the 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived, and a full refund or replacement will be provided.
SECTION 5 - EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For EU customers, the 15% restocking fee will be waived if the item is returned within the 14-day window in its original condition. However, the customer remains responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated international warehouse.
